FEED YOUR HUMANITY is a voluntary association I created in 2013. Right after my first year of university in 2011 I went in India to volunteer as an English teacher. I wanted to help kids who do not have an equal possibility for education as people in more developed societies do. While doing voluntary work in India I have decided to write my memoirs.  Months later I came up with the idea of creating this blog sharing my experiences while volunteering and hopefully inspire more people to also do so.

My focus group is you, YES, you – people starving to “feed their humanity”. Young people with dreams, ambitions, individuals who want to travel, to explore, people who want to help.

The mission is simple- TO BE THE CHANGE YOU WANT TO SEE IN THE WORLD.

The reason for that was because I found an organization that makes wigs from donated hair for kids suffering from leukemia and I absolutely loved the idea.

CURRENT MISSION:October-is-Breast-Cancer-Awareness-Month

This blog and my association is currently tirelessly working for women suffering breast cancer. Discovering the inner need of being helpful to the less fortunate is a staple in our mindset. I am sure, you my dear reader, you want to help. How? Step by step you could choose your own and best way of doing it. We are now working so we could provide, as mentioned, moral, emotional and material help for patients suffering from a breast cancer. This treacherous disease had unfortunately taken away my precious mother and I am more than willing to help women suffering the same conditions in this very moment.

United always” is what I stand for, because I believe that the more we are and the better we are – the more help it will bring. Right now we are working to provide help to patients with cancer in the city of Varna in Bulgaria. You can also join our cause and volunteer whenever you can. Simply spending time with a patient, who is undergoing chemotherapy would make a big difference to them since a lot of their family members are unable to do so. If you want to become a volunteer here, please go to “contact me” tap and e-mail me. Another way of helping is buying one of our “Human” t-shirts where all the profits will go to support the cancer patients. ( see “support” us tap)

You know what they say – you have never really lived until you have done something for someone who can never repay you back. Let’s be united, let’s make a difference because that way we will be incredibly strong and we will change this world for good. Are you ready?

  1. You are inspiring. When I was a little girl, I wanted to be two things: a singer and a Peace Corps worker. I am not young like you and do not “fit” into your main demographic or “focus group” of who you are trying to help, but you are never too old to follow your dreams (mine–travel and volunteer work). In two weeks, I settle my youngest of two children into college. And, one week later I am leaving on a flight from the US to Central America, having sold everything, but still with very little money, I embark upon my journey. You are amazing, inspiring both the young and older.
